The Board conducts in person interviews for prospective applicants before an application can be processed. The Office is open by appointment only at this time. Application Forms are available to download below. There are three parts to the Application - Part 1 (Second Bayshore Application), Part 2 (Background Check Application), Part 3 (Acknowledgement).
After your interview, you will need to submit both applications via email to secondbayshore@gmail.com, with separate signature pages for each applicant, and a photocopy of your driver’s license(s) or state ID card(s). A check or money order must be mailed to our office address: 1800 Restful Dr., Bradenton FL 34207. The check must be made out to Second Bayshore Condominium Association, and must be in the amount of $100 per applicant, unless the applicants are a married couple or parent and dependent adult child, in which case the fee is $100 for both (these rules are regulated by the state of Florida, and no discrimination is implied or suggested). There is a surcharge for foreign application fees - see below.

APPLICATION PROCESS:
1. Request an interview with the Membership Committee/Board of Directors. The purpose of the interview is to familiarize you with Second Bayshore and our application requirements. You will be directed to download parts 1 and 2 of the application at that time from this website. Please print neatly in black ink. The application gets emailed to our background check company. The application process usually takes less than a week to complete, but please be aware that our Documents allow the Association up to 30 days to process an application, if circumstances necessitate it. Return the application by emailing it to us at secondbayshore@gmail.com.
2. Email your completed, signed application. Each applicant will need to sign their own signature pages, regardless of whether they are filling out an application jointly.
3. Send a check or money order made out to Second Bayshore for $100 each applicant, (unless you are filing jointly as husband and wife, or parent and dependent adult child, in which case the fee is $100 for both applicants). Please mail checks or money orders to Second Bayshore Condominium Association, 1800 Restful Dr., Bradenton FL 34207. If you are an international applicant, please refer to additional fees.
4. Also please email a photocopy of your driver’s license or state ID.
5. It’s important you leave a valid telephone number and email address so we can contact you for questions or results.
6. If your application is approved by the Membership Committee and the Board of Directors, you will be notified by telephone or email. RESIDENCY IS NOT PERMITTED BEFORE APPROVAL HAS BEEN GRANTED.
7. Following your approval, you will be asked to attend an Orientation with the Membership Committee. You will be asked to sign a letter stating that you have read and understand the Rules & Regulations. Please contact the office with an Orientation date and time that are convenient for you. New residents will receive a MEMBERS HANDBOOK.

CONDOMINIUM QUESTIONNAIRES - Questionnaires are $200 for a short form two-page, and $300 for a long form three-page or more, payable in advance by check or money order to Second Bayshore Condominium Association.
