Hello Prospective Owner/Renter,
We are pleased that you’re considering Second Bayshore as your potential home. There are a few things we want you to know –
• We are an active 55+ Deed Restricted community. Residents must be 55 years of age or older.
• We do not allow pets of any kind, as residents or visitors (excluding documented service animals).
• We require a preliminary in-person interview before you submit your application for ownership/residency.
• We require board approval of your application and a background check prior to occupancy.
• We also require an Orientation after you have been approved/upon moving in.
• We enforce our Rules & Regulations. Please look them over carefully and ask questions first. You will find a copy in your Members Handbook.
• We are a friendly community, and offer various volunteer-organized activities during season.
• We are happy to answer any questions you may have about our Association.
Please note that units can only be rented after one year of ownership and only once annually.
NO short-term rentals will be allowed.
